If you are wanting to claim your treatment through a health insurance company, please talk to us before booking an appointment, so that we can ensure that we are registered with your health provider.
PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT (PRICE CHANGE FROM 1ST SEPT 2021)
Payment is by cash, cheque or BACS. If you are paying by BACS, you will be emailed an invoice with details of how to pay after each appointment, payment is due within 7 days of your appointment. Email receipts are available on request.
If you are claiming your treatment through a health insurance company, please let us know in advance of your appointment by providing your membership and authorisation details. We are not insured with all companies and we will need to agree to this ahead of your first appointment. Please bring your membership and authorisation code to your first appointment.
If you are seeking payment from a cash back policy, you will need to pay for your appointment and ask us to issue a receipt.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments with more than 24 hours notice do not incur a charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a £20 fee.
Monday: 8.30am - 5pm
Tuesday: 8.30am - 4pm
Wednesday: 8.30am - 4pm
Thursday: 8.30am - 4pm
Friday: 8.30am - 4pm
